Deposit requirements
Bespoke itineraries often require securing exclusive inventory. Deposit terms reflect the customised nature of your booking.
- A minimum deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation of the bespoke itinerary.
- Non-refundable flight components must be paid in full at the time of ticketing.
Flight & hotel bundling
To ensure full ATOL protection and seamless logistics, our custom packages mandate specific bundling rules.
The "anchor" requirement
Every bespoke package must include return international flights and a minimum of 3 nights' "anchor" accommodation to qualify for package pricing and full financial protection.
Tailor-made amendments
We understand plans evolve. Our amendment policy is designed to be flexible where possible, though supplier constraints apply.
- Minor adjustments (e.g. changing transfer times) incur no admin fee up to 30 days before departure.
- Major itinerary restructures may incur a £50 admin fee plus any supplier charges.
Supplier-specific terms
Custom holidays often involve niche or ultra-luxury partners who enforce strict independent conditions.
For specific luxury lodges, private charters, or exclusive experiences, the independent supplier's cancellation terms will supersede our standard policy. These will be clearly highlighted in your final itinerary proposal before deposit payment.
